Container spreaders

Container spreaders are using sometimes hydraulic buffers in combination with a shockabsorbing system in order to reduce the impact on

the spreader during routine operation. Shock loading and vibration can contribute to a number of problems such as loosening of equipment,

which is typical of any mechanical system subject to vibrations. Shock loading also produces higher levels of stress in spreader components.

The end result of using a shock absorber system is less maintenance problems.
