Quality

The Dellner Dampers shock absorber is designed to meet the increasing demand for long life and functionality. In the product development

work of new products, substancial laboratory and field testing is performed to guarantee full functionality and life cycle. Each damper is

individually tested before delivery.

The Dellner damper is designed to maintain its performance at frequencies over 20 Hz and at relative velocities of 2 m/s. This achieved

with large hydraulic flow areas and large pressure areas on valve components. An air-out-valve ensures continuous full hydraulic function,

independent of mounting angle. The large piston diameter (80 mm) on our yaw dampers results in high dynamic stiffness. Depending on

type of the dampers, the damping characteristic can be set from 10 to 1000 kN/m/s.

We believe that our know-how, the high quality of our products and their modularized and flexible design, make us a competent supplier

for your rolling stock projects and also industrial projects.

We are working according to law and industrial organization standards.

We have a functionary quality system and working according to ISO 9001

and have intention to be certified according to IRIS (including ISO 9001) During 2010.

We are certified according to DIN 6700..

We are certified for welding according to EN 15085..

Dellner Dampers environment policy is that we will work for a good and secure environment in our area of working. All employees

We shall be moderate by consuming resources of the nature and energy and as much as possible take care of and recycle all restproducts.
